How can I deposit via Credit/Debit card?

You can fund your account via Credit Card by following these steps: 

A) Via Powercash or Card Pay
–    Log into your Portal
–    On the main page, under ‘Live Accounts’ select the account you would like to fund and click on ‘Deposit’ 
–    Select  ‘E-Payment’
–    Choose the Credit card provider (Powercash / Card Pay)
–    Enter the ‘Amount’ you want to deposit and click ‘Next’
–    Confirm Prepared Data and click on ‘Submit’
–    Complete Card details 
–    Click on ‘Submit’

The following documents are required for Powercash / Card Pay providers:
1.  A scanned colored copy of both the front and back side of the card that you are using for transfers.
For security purposes, all digits except the first 6 and last 4 on the front of your card must be hidden. Please make sure that you also cover the CVV code on the back side of the card (see example).
2.  For deposits of $2000 and above, you are required to provide one of the following documents:
•    a bank statement of your credit card showing any of the deposits in your trading account; or
•    a photo of you holding the front side of the credit card you used to deposit funds in your trading account (please make sure that the details are clear and that the middle numbers of the card are hidden); or
•    a screenshot of the SMS message you received confirming the charged credit card amount.

B)  Deposit Via Isignthis (PIV) 
–    Log into your Portal
–    On the main page, under ‘Live Accounts’ select the account you would like to fund and click on ‘Deposit’ 
–    Select ‘E-Payment’
–    Select Credit card provider (Isignthis PIV))
–    Enter the ‘Amount’ you want to deposit and click ‘Next’
–    Enter your Credit Card details
–    Click on ‘Pay Now’
–    Enter the ‘One Time Password (OTP)’ that you will receive from your Bank
–    Click on ‘Submit’
–    Log into your ‘Online Banking’ application to verify your card
–    Enter the 2 unique amounts that you see in the statement 
–    Click on ‘Next’
–    Proceed with the ‘Pending’ payment  
–    Final Step showing your payment status is ‘Successful’
–    Click ‘Finish’
–    Your Credit card details will be saved for future deposits. .
